What kind of visit?
Half-day visit About 3 hours A guided morning or afternoon at one project. Full-day visit About 7 hours A day with the team across two or three projects, with a shared meal. Helping day A full day Plant trees, join a clean-up or take part in a classroom activity alongside the team. Multi-day stay 2 to 14 days Several days with ZARA, on its own or alongside a safari or Kilimanjaro trek.

What to expect
We are a working charity, not an attraction: you will meet staff, teachers and families, so please come curious and respectful.
Dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered) and wear sturdy shoes. Bring water and sun protection.
Please do not bring gifts for individual children. If you would like to help, ask us what is needed.

Visits are limited to 12 people. For a larger group, please contact us and we will plan it with you.
